Short Program for ITS Students
Dear ITS Student,
Chung-Ang University, South Korea has opened the registration for the International Winter Program 2023. The accepted students will be responsible of program’s fee, roundtrip ticket, health insurance (if required), and their living cost during the program.
Why CAU (Chung-Ang University)?

- CAU is located at the center of Seoul Capital City, which is the heart of Korean culture, economy, politics, arts, and everything else!
CAU International Summer Program (ISP)
- IWP welcomes students from all around the world who want to enjoy Korean culture while taking credits!
- Students will have the opportunities to do numerous cultural and experiential activities diving right into Korean culture and make lasting friendships with fellow CAU students.
Program Period/Important Dates
Course Information
1) Session 1 : Students will take the Major A as well as the Major B, and the transferable credits will be 6 in total.
2) Session 2 : Students will take the Major A as well as the Major B, and the transferable credits will be 5 in total.

ITS Students program fee:
Session 1: 1850USD
Session 2: 1550USD
- Program schedule including cultural activities can be canceled or modified due to inevitable incidents, such as COVID19.
- CAU dormitory offers 2 people room for the program. Roommate assignments are done randomly.
- CAU dormitory requires documents including TB test results(chest x-ray) or COVID-19 test results when moving in. Detailed information about the documents will be informed to the applicants.
- CAU does NOT offer airport pick-up/drop off. However, we do offer pre-departure guideline on how to find our campus
The selected participants also responsible for the roundtrip ticket, visa fees, travel insurance, meals and other personal expenses.
This program open for ITS students D4/S1 minimum batch 2022, 2021, 2020 & S2 all batch from any departments.
Here are the required documents that you need to prepare :
1. CV
2.Original Official Academic Transcript in English version
3. Certificate of Enrollment
4. Scanned of passport information page (Valid minimum one year)
5. Valid English Proficiency Certificate (original). TOEFL ITP/EFL from UPT Bahasa min 500 or you can use IELTS 6.0/TOEFL IBT 68/Duolingo min 100 points/ CEFR B2 Equivalent (Screenshoot from web UPT Bahasa/TOEFL Prediction are not acceptable)

7. Statement Letter from parents (in Bahasa), stated that your parents are support you (all financial & mental) to join this program. ITS Students must consult with your parents for the financial aspects

9. Recommendation Letter from Academic Supervisor/Lecturer
For ITS Students who interested to join this program please kindly submit your application through this form https://its.id/studyabroadITS . All of your documents must be in PDF and collected in 1 (one) .zip/.rar file. If you have finished and submitted your Study Abroad Application form, YOU HAVE TO SEND email to studyabroad@its.ac.id confirming that you have filled out the Study Abroad Application Form and submit it. Please use this subject: “Confirmation Study Abroad Application_SummerSchoolCAU_NAME_NRP”. The submission deadline extended until 1 May 2023 ( 09.00 WIB). The Interview Session will be held on 3 May 2023 (15.30).
