Student Exchange Program at Asia University Intake Fall 2023

Asia University, Taiwan opens a student exchange program for Fall Semester 2023 intake (September 2023 – January 2024) for ITS students. Starting from the Spring semester of 2023, Asia University will have both online and offline semester exchange program. The tuition fee for this program will be waived. However the accepted students are responsible for their  learning materials, dorm and roundtrip flight ticket & travel insurance.  Students need to check the entry regulations from Taiwan Government.

If the courses of the academic year 111 are not yet open for inquiry, you may refer to the courses of the year 110 semester 2 since the courses will be mostly as same as last year.)

Please kindly pay attention that students need to transfer minimum 1 course for online/virtual exchange. It would be great if you can transfer all the courses. Please kindly consult with your dept about courses selection and transfer credit process 

This program is only eligible for ITS Students Diploma/S1 batch 2020, and 2021 and S2 batch all batch from related departments.

Required documents:

1. CV (please make sure that you write clearly full name, birth of date, phone number and email in this CV)
2. Application Form
3. Dormitory Form (if you prefer online or virtual exchange, you dont have to submit this document)
4. Health Report
5. Certificate of Enrollment
6. Latest of An Academic Transcript in English version (GPA min 3.0)
7. Scanned Passport Information page (valid minimum one year prior to the starting of the program)
8. The latest of English Proficiency Test Score. TOEFL/TEFL/EFL (min 500) or you can use IELTS/IBT/TOEC with equivalent score (The screenshoot score of EFL from UPT Bahasa web and TOEFL Prediction are acceptable). 
9. 1-2 Pages study plan. please make sure you that you write your selection courses in this study plan.
10. Statement Letter & Learning Agreement (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange ). Those files must be signed by applicants and the Head/Secretary of Department
11. Passport-size photographs
12. Certificate of GCW Non Degree (minimum C) or Result Test GCW Non Degree min 80 (S2 Applicants can replace it with R2SEP certificate)

We will not process the incomplete application or late submission of the application

If you have finished and submitted your Study Abroad Application form, YOU HAVE TO SEND email to studyabroad@its.ac.id confirming that you have filled out the Study Abroad Application Form and submit it. Please use this subject: “Confirmation Study Abroad Application_FallAsiaUniv_NAME_NRP”. The submission deadline extended until 12 May 2023 ( 23.59 WIB). The Interview Session will be held on 14 May 2023.
