The tuition fee for this program is waived. However, the accepted students are responsible for their learning materials, dormitory and living expenses in Philippines including Roundtrip Flight Ticket, visa fees, facility fee & Insurance. Mapua University using Quarter system and each quarter it’s about 3 months and you may take the courses up to 15 unit. For this exchange program you may use this system:
option 1 : take courses 3rd and 4th quarter
option 2: take courses at 3rd quarter and take lab experiences 2 – 3 months
This program are open for ITS Students D4/S1 batch 2021, 2020 and also S2 all batch
Here are the required documents that you need to prepare :
1. FM-CS-27-03 Application Form for International Programs (Inbound) (please write the option at your application in the top page of your form)
2. Certificate of Enrollment
3. An Official Academic Transcript in English version
4. One recommendation letter from an academic advisor
5. Photocopy of the applicant’s passport information page (at least valid until one year)
6. Latest English Proficiency Certificate Test Score: TOEFL/EFL from UPT Bahasa min 477, IELTS min 6, TOEFL IBT min 65 (Score screenshoot from web UPT Bahasa, EFL Dirpendik & TOEFL Prediction are not acceptable)
7. Learning Agreement (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange ) Please only submit with your department coordinator ( Head of Dept ) signed only. You don’t need to get signed at Institutional Coordinator and please leave blank for that section.
8. Statement Letter (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange )
9. Letter from your dept and supervisor that they allow you to join this exchange program ( D4 & S1 batch 2018 and S2 final year)
10. Certificate of GCW Non Degree (minimum C) or Result Test GCW Non Degree min 80 (S2 Applicants can replace with R2SEP Certificate)
11. Scanned of Parents letter support in english (the letter must signed by your parents and the letter must mention about the awareness of your parents about this program. Please also mention that your parents support you for the financial and other things if you are accepted in this program). Should attach latest financial affidavit.
The incomplete application will not processed by Study Abroad Team.
