One Semester Scholarship Program at Kasetsart University Thailand for Spring 2024

This is a wonderful opportunity for undergraduate engineering students who are willing to broaden their horizons and study overseas. Kasetsart University Thailand is providing the chance for selected overseas  students  to study at their place on a scholarship. The tuition fee for this program is waived. However the accepted students might responsible for their learning materials, dorms, independent quarantine, visa fees and living expenses in Thailand including Roundtrip Flight Ticket & Insurance.

This program will begin on 8 January until 13 May 2024

Benefit:

– Tuition fee waiver for 1 semester

– International student fee waiver for 1 semester

– Providing monthly expenses (lump sum) in the amount of 34,000 baht per person for 1 semester

– The university dormitory fee waiver (double room) per person for 1 semester

You need to bear the other fees such as round trip ticket, insurance fee, and others.

Final decision will be made by Kasetsart University based on ITS recommendation.

The requirement of this program are :

1. ITS Students (Diploma & S1) batch 2021

2. The GPA min 3,00

3. Have a good english ( written & oral )

4. Must do transfer credit after completion of this program

Here are the required documents that you need to prepare:

1. CV

2. Official academic transcript in English (minimum GPA 3,00 out of 4,00) –> please make sure get signed by Directorate of Education (QR code or E-signature)

3. Learning Agreement and Statement Letter (Please download at this link http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange)

4. Scanned of Valid TOEFL/EFL/IELTS/IBT Certificate Score (Score min. CEFR B2) Certificate. You can’t use screenshoot from web UPT Bahasa, TOEFL Dirpendik or TOEFL prediction. Please make sure that your  certificate is valid (no longer than 2 years from test date)

5. Scanned of passport information page (with minimum validity at least one year from January 2024)

6. Study plan (please include your major, explain academic goals for studying abroad and why you choose exchange program in Kasetsart University)

7. Certificate of enrollment (please make sure get signed by Directorate of Education (QR code or E-signature) )

8. Certificate of GCW Non Degree (minimum C) or Result Test GCW Non Degree min 80 (please kindly note that this documents is required for this program)

9. Scanned of Parents letter support (the letter must signed by your parents and the letter must mention about the awareness of your parents about this program. Please also mention that your parents support you for the financial and other things if you are accepted in this program)

The incomplete application will not proceed by Mobility Team.

If you have finished and submitted your Study Abroad Application form, YOU HAVE TO SEND email to studyabroad@its.ac.id confirming that you have filled out the Study Abroad Application Form and submit it. Please use this subject: “Confirmation Study Abroad Application_KUOSSPIs_NAME_NRP”. The submission deadline extended until 3 October 2023 ( 12.00 WIB). The Interview Session will be held on 5 October 2023.
