A Semester Exchange at Frankfurt UAS Summer Term 2024

Dear ITS Students,

Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences, Germany would like to inform you that the registration for a semester exchange application for summer term 2024 (intake March – July 2024) is open.  The tuition fee for this program is waived. However the accepted students are responsible for their learning materials, dorms and living expenses in Germany including roundtrip flight ticket, visa, quarantine and insurance. Students also need to pay attention with the entry regulations to enter Germany. The students must gather information by their own including the funding trip.

You can’t mix courses from different faculties, You only can take courses from the same faculty.

Citizens of the United States of America, Australia, Canada, Israel, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand, Switzerland, as well as EU citizens may apply for their residence permit after entering Germany without a visa. Citizens of other countries are required to apply and obtain a visa prior to entry at the German Embassies of their respective countries. After the application has been approved by the Immigration Office, the Consulate will issue a residence permit in the form of a visa. The Immigration Office requires all visa holders to register upon their first arrival. If an extension of the visa is required after arrival in Germany, the students will be helped by international office staff with this procedure.

– Your “Invitation” to Study at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences” as proof of acceptance in Germany

Monthly expenses:
• Accommodation= € 350 -600
• Food = € 200
• Clothing = € 50
• Health insurance = € 110
• Liability insurance = € 7
• TV/Radio License Fee for Citizens = € 18,50
• Study materials, textbooks and computer = € 50
• Telephone and Internet = € 40
• Leisure and sports = € 100

This program open for ITS Students Diploma/S1 batch 2021 and also S2 all batch. ITS Students S1 must take and transfer maximum credit opportunities.

Here are the required documents that you need to prepare:

1. CV
2. Learning Agreement (Download it here bit.ly/its-student-exchange). Please kindly fill department coordinator with the signature head of department/coordinator academic at your department. Please leave it blank at Institutional Coordinator
3. Official Academic Transcript in English version
4. A Valid English Proficiency English Test certificate (You can use TOEFL/EFL-ITS with minimum Score is 500, or IBT/IELTS who equal with TOEFL 500). Screenshot score from web UPT Bahasa and TOEFL prediction are not acceptable. 
5. One (1) Passport Photo. (headshot photo, full face in view, white background, high resolution) – JPEG/PNG format
6. Scanned Valid Passport (validity minimum 1 year)

8. Certificate of GCW Non Degree (minimum C) or Result Test GCW Non Degree min 80 (please kindly note that this documents is required for this program, S2 ITS Students can replace it with R2SEP certificate)
9. Scanned of Parents letter support (the letter must signed by your parents and the letter must mention about the awareness of your parents about this program. Please also mention that your parents support you for the financial and other things if you are accepted in this program)

If you have finished and submitted your Study Abroad Application form, YOU HAVE TO SEND email to studyabroad@its.ac.id confirming that you have filled out the Study Abroad Application Form and submit it. Please use this subject: “Confirmation Study Abroad Application_FUAS_NAME_NRP”. The submission deadline extended until 23 October 2023 ( 09.00 WIB). The Interview Session will be held on 25 October 2023 (13.30).
