A Semester Exchange at Hochschule Darmstadt Fall/Autumn Semester 2024 (STIBET SCHOLARSHIP AVAILABLE)

Dear ITS Students,

Hochschule Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences, Germany would like to inform you that the registration for a semester exchange application for Fall Semester 2024 (intake September 2024 – February 2025) is open.  The tuition fee for this program is waived. However the accepted students are responsible for their learning materials, dorms and living expenses in Germany including roundtrip flight ticket, visa, quarantine and insurance. Students also need to pay attention with the entry regulations to enter Germany. The students must gather information by their own including the funding trip.

A free public transport ticket for buses, trams and local trains in the entire RMV region (including most of the state of Hessen) is included in the Campus Card.

Please note that all the exchange students must take intensive german course. This program open for ITS Students Diploma/S1 batch 2021 and also S2 all batch. ITS Students S1 must take and transfer maximum credit opportunity.

Here are the required documents that you need to prepare:

1. CV
2. Motivation Letter (maximum 2 pages)
3. Learning Agreement (Download it here bit.ly/its-student-exchange). Please kindly fill department coordinator with the signature head of department/coordinator academic at your department. Please leave it blank at Institutional Coordinator
4. Official Academic Transcript in English version
5. A Valid English Proficiency English Test certifictae (You can use TOEFL/EFL with minimum Score is 500, or IBT/IELTS who equal with TOEFL 500). Screenshoot score from web UPT Bahasa and TOEFL prediction are not acceptable
6. One recommendation letter from an academic advisor
7. Scanned Valid Passport (validity minimum 1 year prior to September 2024)

9. Certificate of GCW Non Degree (minimum C), GCW IUP Basic, GCW IUP Advanced, or Result Test GCW Non Degree min 80 (please kindly note that this documents is required for this program, S2 ITS Students can replace it with R2SEP certificate)
10. Scanned of Parents letter support (the letter must signed by your parents and the letter must mention about the awareness of your parents about this program. Please also mention that your parents support you for the financial and other things if you are accepted in this program)

If you have finished and submitted your Study Abroad Application form, YOU HAVE TO SEND email to studyabroad@its.ac.id confirming that you have filled out the Study Abroad Application Form and submit it. Please use this subject: “Confirmation Study Abroad Application_HDa_NAME_NRP”. The submission deadline extended until 3 April 2024 ( 13.00 WIB). The Interview Session will be held on 4 April 2024.
