O.P. Jindal Global University Fall Semester Exchange Program 2024

O.P. Jindal Global University, India would like to inform you that the registration for Fall semester exchange application (1st August – December 2024) is open.  The tuition fee for this program is waived. However, the accepted students are responsible for their learning materials, dormitory and living expenses in India including Roundtrip Flight Ticket, visa fees, facility fee & Insurance. The students also need to check entry regulations from Indian Government

This program are open for ITS Students D4/S1 batch 2021, 2022 and also S2 all batch

APPROXIMATE EXPENSES

LIVING EXPENSES / FEE: Fee for all the amenities shall be INR 1,55,000/ that shall be payable via NEFT/RTGS mode of payment.
Accommodation Meals, Other Campus Facilities, (Laundry, Gymnasium, Swimming Pool, Library, IT Services etc.). One time taxi pick up from airport

Here are the required documents that you need to prepare :

1. Scanned of of the Official Academic Transcript with CGPA min 3,0
2. Valid Certificate of TOEFL ITP or EFL (official from UPT Bahasa ITS) minimum 550, TOEFL iBT min 79, Duolingo min 95 and IELTS min 6.0.  Please kindly note that EFL from Dirpendik, TOEFL Prediction and score screenshoot from web UPT Bahasa are not acceptable
3.  Letter of Recommendation from Departement
4. Scanned of the passport (The passport must be valid for at least 6 months before its expiry date and it is advisable that the validity of the passport should cover your whole exchange period at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia)
5. 1 copy of the photo with size 4.5 cm X 5.0 cm (White background)
6. Statement Letter (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange )
7. Learning Agreement ITS version (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange ) For this file must signed by applicants and advisor/Head of Dept only. You may leave blank for institutional coordinator section
8. Certificate of GCW Non Degree (minimum C) or Result Test GCW Non Degree min 80 (S2 Applicants can replace it with R2SEP certificate)

We will not process the incomplete application or late submission of the application

All of your documents must be in PDF and collected in 1 (one) .zip/.rar file. If you have finished and submitted your Study Abroad Application form, YOU HAVE TO SEND email to studyabroad@its.ac.id confirming that you have filled out the Study Abroad Application Form and submit it. Please use this subject: “Confirmation Study Abroad Application_JGU_NAME_NRP”. The submission deadline extended until 30 May 2024 ( 12.00 WIB). The Interview Session will be held on 31 May 2024.
