ATU-Net SUMMER SCHOOL PROGRAMME 2024 AT UNIVERSITI TEKNOLOGI MALAYSIA (UTM), MALAYSIA
Short Program for ITS Students
Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Malaysia in collaboration with Asia Technological University Network (ATU–Net) will be hosting the ATU–Net Summer School Programme 2024 from 25th to 29th August 2024 at the UTM main campus in Johor Bahru, Johor. The ATU–Net Summer School 2024 will provide opportunities for students to explore Artificial Intelligence (AI) generative applications through hands-on workshops as well as discovering UTM’s Recreational Park and embracing Johor unique cultures and places. Details of the programme are as follows:
Dates: 25th to 29th August 2024 (Sunday to Thursday)
Venue: Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Johor Bahru, Johor
Participation Fee:
i. Waived for the first 35 students from ATU–Net member institutions with a maximum number of two students per institution
ii. Subsequent participants: USD 200.00

This program open for ITS students D4/S1 minimum batch 2023, 2022, 2021 & S2 all batch from any departments.
Here are the required documents that you need to prepare :
1. CV
2.Original Official Academic Transcript in English version
3. Certificate of Enrollment
4. Scanned of passport information page (Valid minimum one year)
5. Valid English Proficiency Certificate (original). TOEFL ITP/EFL from UPT Bahasa min 500 or you can use IELTS 6.0/TOEFL IBT 68/Duolingo min 100 points/ CEFR B2 Equivalent (Screenshot from web UPT Bahasa/TOEFL Prediction are accepted)

7. Statement Letter from parents (in Bahasa), stated that your parents are support you (all financial & mental) to join this program. ITS Students must consult with your parents for the financial aspects
8. Motivation Letter
9. Recommendation Letter from Academic Supervisor/Lecturer
10. GCW/GCA Certificate
The incomplete application will not proceed by Mobility Team.

All of your documents must be in PDF and collected in 1 (one) .zip/.rar file. If you have finished and submitted your Study Abroad Application form, YOU HAVE TO SEND email to studyabroad@its.ac.id confirming that you have filled out the Study Abroad Application Form and submit it. Please use this subject: “Confirmation Study Abroad Application_ATUNet_NAME_NRP”. The submission deadline extended until 19 July 2024 ( 09.00WIB). The Interview Session will be held on 22 July 2024 on 16.00.
