[URGENT] A Semester Exchange at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT) Spring Semester 2025

Dear ITS Students,

Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT), Vietnam would like to inform you that the registration for a semester exchange application for Spring Semester 2025 (intake 6 January, 2025– 2 June, 2025) is open.  The tuition fee for this program is waived. However the accepted students are responsible for their learning materials, dorms and living expenses in Germany including roundtrip flight ticket, visa, quarantine and insurance. Students also need to pay attention with the entry regulations to enter Vietnam. The students must gather information by their own including the funding trip.

Estimated living cost:

Accommodation: 100 – 300 USD
Food: 200 -300 USD
Transportation (bus): 10 – 150 USD (depending in the students’ choice of transportation)
Utilities: 5 -15 USD
Personal expense: 35 – 85 USD
Total: 350 – 850 USD

This program open for ITS Students Diploma/S1 batch 2022 and also S2 all batch. ITS Students S1 must take and transfer maximum credit opportunity.

1. CV
2. Motivation Letter (maximum 2 pages)
3. Application form
4. Learning Agreement (Download it here bit.ly/its-student-exchange). Please kindly fill department coordinator with the signature head of department/coordinator academic at your department. Please leave it blank at Institutional Coordinator
5. Official Academic Transcript in English version
6. A Valid English Proficiency English Test certifictae (You can use TOEFL with minimum Score is 500, or IBT 87, IELTS 6.0). Screenshoot score from web UPT Bahasa and TOEFL prediction are not acceptable
7. One recommendation letter from an academic advisor
8. Scanned Valid Passport (validity minimum 18 month prior to September 2024)

10. Certificate of GCW Non Degree (minimum C), GCW IUP Basic, GCW IUP Advanced, or Result Test GCW Non Degree min 80
11. Scanned of Parents letter support (the letter must signed by your parents and the letter must mention about the awareness of your parents about this program. Please also mention that your parents support you for the financial and other things if you are accepted in this program)

The incomplete application will not processed by Study Abroad Team.

If you have finished and submitted your Study Abroad Application form, YOU HAVE TO SEND email to studyabroad@its.ac.id confirming that you have filled out the Study Abroad Application Form and submit it. Please use this subject: “Confirmation Study Abroad Application_HCMUT_NAME_NRP”. The submission deadline extended until 18 September 2024 ( 09.00 WIB). The Interview Session will be held on 19 September 2024 (13.30).
