A Semester Exchange at Universiti Sains Malaysia Spring Semester 2025

University Sains Malaysia,  would like to inform you that the registration for semester exchange application for Spring semester 2025 (24 March – 3 Aug 2025)  is open.  The tuition fee for this program is waived. However the accepted students are responsible for their independent quarantine, learning materials, dorm and  living expenses in Malaysia including Roundtrip Flight Ticket & Travel Insurance.  Students need to check the entry regulations from Malaysian Government.

Academic Calendar

This program is only open for ITS Students S1 batch 2022 from related department.

Required documents:

  1. CV
  2. Scanned of Academic Transcript in English version
  3. A Clear Copy of The Details Page of Your Passport
  4. A copy of your photo (White background and 4.5 cm high x 3.5 cm wide)
  5. Scanned of ID Students
  6. Application Form
  7. Nomination Form
  8. Confirmation Letter
  9. Recommendation Letter from Academic Advisor
  10. Motivation Letter (One Page A4), Please mention clearly  your course selection and also 1 other course as the back up  in your motivation letter
  11. The latest certificate of TOEFL ITP: 543/IELTS: 5/TOEFL IBT: 79-80/ TOEIC: 605 (screenshoot score from web UPT Bahasa is not acceptable).

  13. Learning agreement (ITS)  (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange )
  14. Certificate of GCW Non Degree (minimum C) or Result Test GCW Non Degree min 80 (S2 Applicants can replace it with R2SEP certificate)
  15. Vaccination Certificate
  16. Scan of Student ID
  17. Certificate of Enrollment
  18. Portfolio (for creative design based courses)Include slides and an academic reference authenticating work
  19. Scanned of Parents letter support (the letter must signed by your parents and the letter must mention about the awareness of your parents about this program. Please also mention that your parents support you for the financial and other things if you are accepted in this program)

We will not process incomplete application or late submission of the application

For ITS Students who interested to join this program please kindly submit your application through this form https://its.id/studyabroadITS . All of your documents must be in PDF and collected in 1 (one) .zip/.rar file. If you have finished and submitted your Study Abroad Application form, YOU HAVE TO SEND email to studyabroad@its.ac.id confirming that you have filled out the Study Abroad Application Form and submit it. Please use this subject: “Confirmation Study Abroad Application_USM_NAME_NRP”. The submission deadline extended until 4 November 2024 ( 23.59 WIB). The Interview Session will be held on 6 November 2024.
