University of Trento, Italy would like to inform you that the registration for semester exchange application for Spring 2025 (February – July 2025) is open.  The tuition fee for this program is waived. However, the accepted students are responsible for their learning materials, dormitory and living expenses in Malaysia including Roundtrip Flight Ticket, visa fees, facility fee & Insurance.

This program is open for active ITS Students Diploma/S1 (batch 2022) and also S2 who already completed 1 minimum semester.

Academic Calendar

Module Catalogue: Access the subjects currently offered for spring semester here , make sure to choose the courses that available in english.

ITS Students are allowed to register modules up to 30 credits per semester.

Approximate cost for living in Trento or Rovereto: € 700 per month (a bit more during the first month for non-EU students)

Priority is given to Non-European degree seeking students (upon availability), remaining places may be assigned to Non-European exchange students who have strict immigration requirements:

Here are the required documents that you need to prepare :

  1. CV
  2. Certificate of Enrollment
  3. An Official Academic Transcript in English version (GPA min 3.0)
  4. One recommendation letter from an academic advisor
  5. Photocopy of the applicant’s passport information page (at least valid until one year prior to the start of the program)
  6. The latest certificate of English Proficiency Test Score (original). TOEFL/IELTS/IBT  (You can use TEFL/EFL minimum CEFR B1).  Please kindly note that screenshot score from web UPT Bahasa and TOEFL prediction are not acceptable. 
  7. Learning Agreement (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange  ) Please only submit with your department coordinator (Head of Dept) signed only. You don’t need to get signed at Institutional Coordinator and please leave blank for that section.
  8.  Statement Letter (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange )
  9. Passport Photo with blue background
  10. ITS Students must consult with their parents for the financial aspects and please kindly provide the statement letter from your parents (in Bahasa) that your parents are support you (all financial & mental) to join this program. (No format required)
  11. Certificate of GCW Non Degree (minimum C), GCW IUP, or Result Test GCW Non Degree min 80 (S2 Applicants can replace it with R2SEP certificate)

Incomplete requirements will not processed by Mobility Team.

For ITS Students who interested to join this program please kindly submit your application through this form https://its.id/studyabroadITS . All of your documents must be in PDF and collected in 1 (one) .zip/.rar file. If you have finished and submitted your Study Abroad Application form, YOU HAVE TO SEND email to studyabroad@its.ac.id confirming that you have filled out the Study Abroad Application Form and submit it. Please use this subject: “Confirmation Study Abroad Application_Trento_NAME_NRP”. The submission deadline is 10 October 2023 ( 09.00 WIB). The Interview Session will be held on 11 October 2023 (13.30).
