A Semester Exchange Program at YunTech – Spring 2025
Exchange for ITS Students
National Yunlin University of Science and Technology (YunTech) Taiwan would like to inform you that the registration for semester exchange application for Spring 2025 intake is open. The tuition fee for this program is waived. However the accepted students are responsible for their learning materials, accommodations and living expenses in Taiwan including Roundtrip Flight Ticket, visa fees & Insurance.

Please note that ITS Students need to take & transfer minimum 10 SKS for D4/S1
ITS Students may select the courses from different dept.
This program open for ITS students with criteria below :
– D4/S1 batch 2022
– S2/S3 all batch
– Have a good english ( oral & written )
Here are the required documents that you need to prepare :
- exchange_student_application_form please complete with photo, your signature & your head of dept signature, study plan)
- CV
- Autobiography
- Certificate/statement of Enrollment
- Photo (passport size)
- Learning Agreement (Download it here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange ). Please kindly fill department coordinator with the signature head of department/coordinator academic at your department. Please leave it blank at Institutional Coordinator (it will be done by ITS GE)
- Official Academic Transcript in English version
- A Valid Certificate of English Proficiency Test (You can use TOEFL/TEFL/EFL UPT Bahasa (preferrable is ITP) with minimum Score is 477 or IBT/IELTS who equal with TOEFL 477). Screenshoot score from web UPT Bahasa and TOEFL Prediction are not acceptable
- One recommendation letter from an academic advisor
- Scanned Valid Passport (validity minimum 1 year)
- Statement Letter (Download it here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange ).
- Financial Statement & Health Medical Form (you may submit it after passed internal selection of ITS GE)
- Certificate of GCW Non Degree (minimum C) or Result Test GCW Non Degree min 80 (please kindly note that this documents is required for this program for D4/S1 only)
- ITS Students must consult with thier parents for the financial aspects and please kindly provide the statement letter from your parents (in Bahasa) that your parents are support you (all financial & mental) to join this program. (No format required)
Incomplete application will not be processed by Mobility Team.
For ITS Students who interested to join this program please kindly submit your application through this form https://its.id/studyabroadITS . All of your documents must be in PDF and collected in 1 (one) .zip/.rar file. If you have finished and submitted your Study Abroad Application form, YOU HAVE TO SEND email to studyabroad@its.ac.id confirming that you have filled out the Study Abroad Application Form and submit it. Please use this subject: “Confirmation Study Abroad Application_Yuntech_NAME_NRP”. The submission deadline is on 22 October 2024 ( 09.00 WIB). The Interview Session will be held on 23 October 2024.
