Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility Programme at University of Malaga, Spain
Exchange for ITS Students
Dear ITS Students, University of Malaga, Spain is calling for mobility through the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility Programme. This program will start on 17 February 2025 until 25 May 2025. Two selected student will receive a tuition fee waiver, flight support up to 1500 Euro, and a scholarship of 800 Euro/month. This program is open for S1 ITS Students batch 2022 only from related departments (Architecture, Informatics, Information System, and Faculty of Medics). ITS Students can only apply at the matching departments as could be found here Please note that you are compulsory to take 27 – 32 ECTS (equal to 15 – 18 SKS) and must transfer all the courses (both mandatory and elective courses) into your transcript upon your exchange completion. You are only allowed to take courses from intake Spring Semester. Please consult the chosen & transferable courses with your Head of Department and Coordinator S1. The requirements:
- Motivation Letter (maximum 2 pages)
- CV (Europass format)
- Transcript (must prove minimum one-year successful completion at UG level)
- Copy of Passport Information Page with validity minimum of 18 months
- (IELTS min 6.5, TOEFL ITP/EFL from UPT Bahasa minimal 500), you are not allowed to use EFL from other universities/institutions
- Recommendation Letter from 1 lecturer
- Learning Agreement – Erasmus Form and Learning Agreement – ITS Form (please download from here)
- GCW Certification
- Scanned of Parents letter support (the letter must signed by your parents and the letter must mention about the awareness of your parents about this program. Please also mention that your parents support you for the financial and other things if you are accepted in this program)
Erasmus Team will not process the incomplete & over deadline application. For ITS Students who interested to join this program please kindly submit your application through this form https://its.id/studyabroadITS . All of your documents must be in PDF and collected in 1 (one) .zip/.rar file. If you have finished and submitted your Study Abroad Application form, YOU HAVE TO SEND email to studyabroad@its.ac.id confirming that you have filled out the Study Abroad Application Form and submit it. Please use this subject: “Confirmation Study Abroad Application_ErasmusUMA_NAME_NRP”. The submission deadline is extended until 29 October 2024 ( 09.00 WIB).
