J.F Oberlin Winter Session 2025
Short Program for ITS Students
Dear ITS Students,
We are happy to inform you that J.F Oberlin University is launched their own winter program “J.F Oberlin Winter Session 2025” on 4-18 January 2025
The Winter Session at J. F. Oberlin University is two weeks, 1 session, intensive program in the center of Tokyo (Extra optional Hakuba Snow trip available). Courses offered in 2025 will be several content course and two levels of Japanese language courses. Each course allows participants to have first-hand experience through not only theoretical study, but also through field trips and lectures by guest professionals. Upon completion of each course, participants will be issued an official transcript from J. F. Oberlin University (4 credits/course)

The fee for this program are:
- Tuition Fee: JPY 220.000
- Accommodation Fee: JPY 110.000
- Snow Trip: JPY 60.000 (Hotel & Transportation is included)
The fee includes: program fee for one course, textbook, insurance for course activities, field trip, housing, cultural activities. The selected participants must cover round trip airfare, airport pick up, living expenses and meals, visa fees & travel insurance.
However, J.F Oberlin University & ITS Global Engagement will select 2 ITS students who are interested with this program with tuition fee & accommodation fee (twin share) waived.

6. 1-2 Pages Motivation Letter. Please give strong reason why you need the program and the committee will select you for this program
7. Proof minimum have 4 stamps or you can use certificate of GCW/GCA/GCW IUP minimum C ( IISMA Test GCW is not applicable)
Please submit all of your documents (soft copy in PDF) with subject : Apply_JFOWinter_Name_NRP to Mr. Wahyu at studyabroad@its.ac.id maximum on Wednesday, 27 Nov 2024 (14.00 WIB). The interview will be held by online through zoom app on Thursday, 28 Nov 2024 around 16.00 – 19.00 WIB
