[URGENT] University of Ulsan (UoU) Exchange Spring 2025 – GKS Scholarship Available

University of Ulsan (UoU) , South Korea  would like to inform you that the registration for semester exchange application for Spring 2025 (March~ June, 2025) . The tuition fee for this program is waived. However the accepted students are responsible for their dormitory, learning materials and living expenses in Korea including Roundtrip Flight Ticket & Travel Insurance

This program is open for ITS Students (D4/S1) batch 2022 from the department related. (The students to need to check the available courses first)

We advise you to apply for the same or similar major or department at UoU as in ITS. All the colleges, departments(majors) can be found here and course information can be found here.

Please kindly note that ITS Students must take and transfer  into compulsory, elective & MBKM course up to 20 SKS. However, the students can take 12 – 20 credits including Korean Languange The students are not allowed to re-take the courses that have been taken during your study in ITS.

Please note that the student who accepted in this program is expected to promote UOU for his or her peers at ITS interested in our graduate programs especially for Secondary Battery Technology and Carbon Neutrality Technology.

Scholarship available

GKS : Round airfare & Monthly stipend of KRW 630,000 for 4 months (around IDR 28,603,000 in total)  are provided for four months. (Students will need to get through the selection process in UoU side)

Here are the required documents that you need to prepare :

1. Application Form
2. One original Official Academic Transcript in English version (GPA min 3.0)
3. Photocopy of the applicant’s passport information page (Valid minimum one year)
4. Certificate of Enrollment
5. The latest English Proficiency Certificate Test Score  TOEFL/EFL (min 500), TOEIC, Duolingo,  or you can use IELTS/IBT.
6. Statement Letter & Learning Agreement (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange ) Please get signature from your Head of Department at Coordinator Department section and please leave blank at Institutional Coordinator section.
7. Certificate of GCW Non Degree (minimum C) or Result Test GCW Non Degree min 80 (please kindly note that this documents is required for this program)

9. Scanned of Parents letter support (the letter must signed by your parents and the letter must mention about the awareness of your parents about this program. Please also mention that your parents support you for the financial and other things if you are accepted in this program)
10. Formal Photo 3.5 x 4.5 cm

The incomplete application will not be processed by Mobility Team.

If you have finished and submitted your Study Abroad Application form, YOU HAVE TO SEND email to studyabroad@its.ac.id confirming that you have filled out the Study Abroad Application Form and submit it. Please use this subject: “Confirmation Study Abroad Application_UoU_NAME_NRP”. The submission deadline extended until 13 December 2024 ( 12.00 WIB). The Interview Session will be held on 16 December 2024.
