Faculty of Science KMUTT International Internship Program 2025
Internship for ITS Students
Dear ITS Students,
Faculty of Science (FSci) – King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), Thailand, is offering an opportunity for ITS students to join the FSci International Internship Program 2025 for two months from June 12 to July 25, 2025. The arrival of the selected students should be on June 10 or 11, 2025, and the departure should be between July 29 or 30, 2025.
Selected students will receive academic research training in a laboratory of the Faculty of Science – KMUTT.
Scholarship & Program Fee
FSci KMUTT will offer full scholarships (100% program fee exemption) to one or two selected students from ITS. The scholarship will cover:
- On-campus dormitory (rent only, utilities not included)
- Research equipment
- Airport pickup and drop-off (only for selected dates)
- Cultural trip
Students who are not selected for the full scholarship may still participate by self-funding the program with a program fee of THB 30,000.
Expenses not covered by the scholarship (to be covered by students themselves):
- Living allowance
- Electricity and water bills at the dormitory
- Entrance visa fee to Thailand
- Insurance that covers health and accident, including COVID-19
- Round-trip flight tickets

Eligibility
This program is open for ITS students from any department (who have a related research background) with the following criteria:
- Diploma/S1 (Batch 2021 and 2022)
- S2 & S3 (All Batches)
Required Documents
- Application Form
- Scanned Valid English Proficiency Certificate (TOEFL/TEFL/EFL min 477, or equivalent IELTS/IBT score). Prediction Test & EFL from Dirpendik are not acceptable.
- Official Academic Transcript in English (GPA min 3.0)
- Scanned Passport Information Page (valid for at least one year from June 10, 2025)
- One Recommendation Letter from an Academic Supervisor
- CV (please include research history -if any-)
- Research Plan (related with available topic with its job description)
- Statement Letter (Download from http://bit.ly/its-internship)
- GCW/GCA Certificate with minimum Score C
Incomplete and late applications will not be processed by the Mobility Team.
Application & Selection Process
For ITS Students who are interested in joining this program, please kindly submit your application through this form: https://its.id/studyabroadITS. All of your documents must be in PDF format and collected in one (.zip/.rar) file.
Once you have completed and submitted your Study Abroad Application form, YOU MUST SEND an email to studyabroad@its.ac.id confirming that you have filled out the form and submitted it. Please use the following subject format: Confirmation Study Abroad Application_FSCI-KMUTT_NAME_NRP
The submission deadline is extended to Friday, March 21, 2025, at 13.30 WIB.
The interview session will be conducted on Tuesday, February 25, 2025.
