The College of Engineering at National Chung Hsing University (NCHU), Taiwan, is pleased to invite one (1) ITS student to participate in the Summer Camp 2025, which will take place in Taichung, Taiwan, from July 30th to August 13th, 2025.
The primary objective of the summer camp is to strengthen educational collaboration and student exchange between NCHU and its sister universities. Last year’s program gathered international students from the USA, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia. The program included Chinese culture courses and laboratory experience, allowing students to explore state-of-the-art engineering technologies in Taiwan and experience the beauty of this “treasure island.” During the two-week program, students will participate in directed study programs within selected research groups, culminating in a final presentation of their study outcomes.
Participants will join an independent study program in one of the following research groups:
The College of Engineering will provide accommodations, partial food expenses, and tuition for selected students. More details on the summer camp curriculum can be found in the enclosed leaflet.
NCHU will provide one (1) scholarship for a selected ITS student, covering the program fee, dormitory, and food expenses. However, the selected student must cover other costs, including round-trip airfare, visa, insurance, and personal expenses.
