Buddy Program
ESME’s International Office provides a Buddy Program to help international students integrate into academic and social life on campus.
Accommodation
ESME does not offer on-campus housing, but the Housing and International Offices provide support in finding suitable options such as shared flats, studios, or host families through trusted providers.

Immigration and Travel Regulations
Students are responsible for checking visa and entry requirements with the French Embassy or Campus France in their home country.
As of February 12, 2022:

Vaccinated students do not need to take a COVID-19 test before departure.
-
Unvaccinated students must present a negative test and may be subject to additional requirements, depending on their country’s classification (Green/Orange list).

Latest formal photo (JPG format)

GCW Non-Degree Certificate (min. grade C) or GCW Test result (min. score 80)

Parental support letter in Bahasa (confirming both financial and emotional support)
