ITS Global Engagement opens the opportunity for ITS students to participate in an exchange program to ITS partner universities. The duration of this program depends on each university. Before applying, please make sure that you know every requirement in this program (program duration, scholarship availability, academic years, list of subjects).

Direktorat Kemitraan Global ITS membuka kesempatan untuk mahasiswa ITS untuk berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan pertukaran pelajar di universitas mitra. Durasi program ini tergantung dari universitas masing-masing. Sebelum mendaftar, pastikan Anda mengetahui setiap persyaratan dalam program ini (durasi program, ketersediaan beasiswa, tahun akademik, daftar mata pelajaran).

There are also important requirements that you must know, to apply for an exchange program:
Ada pun persyaratan penting yang harus Anda ketahui untuk melamar program pertukaran pelajaran:

1. Official Academic Transcript in English Version (Transkrip Akademik dalam Bahasa Inggris)

Please download your Academic Transcript from your integra. Click on “transkrip sementara” and download. (Please make that the document already consists of e-signature Director of Education or Director of Postgraduate and Academic Development and official stamp).

Silakan unduh Transkrip Akademik Anda dari integra Anda. Klik “transkrip sementara” dan unduh. (Mohon pastikan dokumen sudah terdiri dari e-signature Direktur Pendidikan atau Direktur Pascasarjana dan Pengembangan Akademik dan stempel resmi).

2.  Certificate of Enrollment (Surat Keterangan Mahasiswa Aktif ITS dalam bahasa Inggris)

This document aims to prove that you are currently an active student at ITS. You can get this letter from your integra. Select “Surat Mahasiswa” and then choose “Surat Keterangan Mahasiswa Aktif”. To apply for a study abroad program, you may choose “lain-lain/etc” in the “keperluan” column. Complete the necessary column with the name of the program that you’re applying to. (Due to study from home regulation, the letter already signed with QR code, so you do NOT have to go to BAAK to get signature.)

Dokumen ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan bahwa Anda adalah mahasiswa aktif di ITS. Anda bisa mendapatkan surat ini dari integra. Pilih “Surat Mahasiswa” kemudian pilih “Surat Keterangan Mahasiswa Aktif”. Untuk mendaftar program studi di luar negeri, Anda dapat memilih “lain-lain/etc” di kolom “keperluan”. Lengkapi kolom yang diperlukan dengan nama program yang Anda lamar. (Karena peraturan perkuliahan online, surat sudah ditandatangani dengan kode QR, jadi TIDAK perlu ke BAAK untuk mendapatkan tanda tangan.)

3. Certificate of English Proficiency (Sertifikasi Kemampuan Bahasa Inggris)

You can use TOEFL/IELTS depending on requirements of the program. For exchange programs under ITS’ partnership with Erasmus especially, you should submit at least TOEFL ITP. For a regular exchange program, you may use EFL (from CLC ITS/UPT Bahasa dan Budaya ITS). Please make sure that your TOEFL/IELTS/EFL is still valid (valid means no longer than 2 years from your test date).

Anda dapat menggunakan TOEFL / IELTS tergantung pada persyaratan program. Untuk program pertukaran di bawah kemitraan ITS dengan Erasmus khususnya, Anda harus mengirimkan minimal TOEFL ITP. Untuk program pertukaran reguler, Anda dapat menggunakan EFL (dari CLC ITS/UPT Bahasa dan Budaya ITS). Pastikan TOEFL/IELTS/EFL Anda masih berlaku (berlaku berarti tidak lebih dari 2 tahun sejak tanggal tes).

4. Passport (Paspor)

Please make sure that you submit your passport to join a study abroad program. Please make sure that your passport is still valid for at least 1 more year. ITS GE will not process your documents if you don’t submit your passport. It’s better to prepare these documents early.

Pastikan Anda melampirkan paspor untuk mengikuti program studi di luar negeri. Harap pastikan bahwa paspor Anda masih berlaku setidaknya 1 tahun lagi. ITS GE tidak akan memproses dokumen Anda jika Anda tidak menyerahkan paspor. Lebih baik mempersiapkan dokumen-dokumen ini sejak dini.

5. Learning Agreement

You must use this form to confirm the courses that you will take for the student exchange program. Please download the form in the following link: (New Learning Agreement)

To fill in the form please check the information below:

• • Home university means ITS. Host University means the proposed university.
  • Please fill the courses that you would like to take at the host university (that you would like to transfer and other additional courses such as language, presentation or other general courses).
  • After that, please fill the courses that can be transferred at Home University. Please make sure that you have already discussed with your Head of Department & LO International at your Dept regarding the course that can be transferred at your dept.
  • For the signature at the ‘Home University’ section, please fill in the name of your Head of Department at Dept. Coordinator and please fill the name with other Head of Dept if you will take subject from other dept
  • Please leave the Institutional Coordinator field blank when you submit your application to ITS GE. Dr. Octaviyanti  & Dr. Didik will sign your learning agreement after finishing all the internal selection process.

• • Home university adalah ITS. Host University adalah universitas yang dituju.
  • Silakan isi mata kuliah yang ingin Anda ambil di universitas tujuan (yang ingin Anda transfer dan mata kuliah tambahan lainnya seperti bahasa, presentasi atau mata kuliah umum lainnya).
  • Setelah itu silakan mengisi mata kuliah yang dapat ditransfer di Home University. Harap pastikan bahwa Anda telah berdiskusi dengan Kepala Departemen & LO Internasional di Departemen Anda mengenai mata kuliah yang dapat ditransfer ke departemen Anda.
  • Untuk tanda tangan di bagian ‘Home University’ silakan isi nama Ketua Departemen di Dept. Coordinator dan silakan mengisi tanda tangan dan nama Ketua Departemen lain jika mengambil mata kuliah dari Departemen lain (untuk MBKM)
  • Harap kosongkan bagian Institutional Coordinator saat Anda mengajukan aplikasi ke ITS GE. Dr. Octavoyanti & Dr. Didik akan menandatangani Learning Agreement Anda setelah menyelesaikan semua proses seleksi internal.

6. Statement Letter (Surat Pernyataan)

7. Recommendation Letter in English Version (Surat Rekomendasi dalam Bahasa Inggris)

Mostly, there is no specific format for the recommendation letter. However, please note if there is a specific recommendation letter requirement from the university that you are applying to, you should follow their terms. It will be better if you can get a recommendation from someone of high position.

Umumnya, tidak ada format khusus untuk surat rekomendasi. Namun, harap dicatat jika ada persyaratan surat rekomendasi khusus dari universitas yang Anda lamar, Anda harus mengikuti persyaratan mereka. Akan lebih baik jika Anda bisa mendapatkan rekomendasi dari seseorang yang memiliki jabatan tinggi.

8. Funding Request Assistance

Please check the complete procedure in the following link: [Funding Support]. Unfortunately, you can’t ask funding assistance for online mobility program.

8. Certificate/Test result of GCW 

Please kindly note that the study abroad regulation started from August 2021, each ITS Students must submit the certificate of GCW  with minimum score C or GCW Test result  min 80 for student exchange application and several other study abroad program. The certificate can be obtained from GCW Non Degree Workshop that held by ITS GE in every semester. IUP Students can submit GCW Basic/Advanced certificate. However, the GCW Non Degree Test will be held by ITS GE every month around mid – end of the month with capacity 100 each month. Please always check of ITS GE social media to get information about the workshop and test.

Mohon diingat bahwa regulasi untuk study abroad program sejak Agustus 2021 mewajibkan mahasiswa ITS mengumpulkan dokumen  sertifiikat GCW dengan hasil minimum C ataupun surat ket hasil test GCW dengan minimum skor 80. Dokumen ini wajib untuk mendaftar program exchange dan beberapa program lainnya. Sertifikat GCW dapat didapatkan dengan mengikuti workshp GCW Non Degree yang diadakan oleh ITS GE setiap semester. Mahasiswa IUP dapat mensubmit sertifikat GCW IUP Basic/IUP Advanced. Sementara itu, Test GCW Non Degree diadakan oleh ITS GE setiap bulan dengan jadwal diantara pertengahan – akhir bulan dengan kapasitas 100 slot tiap bulan. Mohon selaly mengecek pengumuman tentang workshop GCW maupun test GCW Non Degree melalui sosial media kami
