(Deadline Extension) Student Exchange at International College of KMUTNB Fall 2019
Exchange for ITS Students
International College – King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB) would like to inform you that the registration for semester exchange application for fall semester (Intake August 2019 – Early January 2020) at KMUTNB for Program International Trade & Business Logistics is already opened. IC KMUTUNB will offer 1 (one) scholarship for selected ITS students to join this program. The scholarship will cover tuition fees, health & accident insurance, accommodation at the on-campus. However, the selected participant should responsible with roundtrip trip flight, personal expenses, utility bills, textbooks & visa.

This program is eligible for ITS Students with criteria below :
1. An Active ITS Students (S1) batch 2016 & 2017 (Bachelor) from dept below:
- Business Management
- Industrial Engineering
- Mathematics
- Information System
- Statistics
- Marine Transportation Engineering
2. Minimum GPA 2.75
3. Be mentally and physically healthy
4. Be fluent in English

Here are the required documents that you need to prepare :
1. Application Form with photo of applicant attached
2. Official Academic Transcript in English version
3.Statement of purpose “Why you are eligible for this opportunity” minimum 500 words and maximum 1500 words
4. One recommendation letter from Lecturer
5. Scanned of Passport Information page with validity min 1 year
6. Valid English Proficiency Test Certificate ( TOEFL/EFL min 500, IELTS 5.5, TOEFL IBT 62)
7. Statement Letter & Learning Agreement (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange ) Please get the signature from your Head of Department at Coordinator Department section and please leave blank at Institutional Coordinator section. Please note that you must take and transfer the courses minimum 10 credits
Timeline :
Deadline application at ITS : May 26, 2019 ( 13.00 WIB)
Interview selection at ITS : around May 27, 2019 (will be informed later by email)
Announcement Succesfull Candidate in ITS Level : 28/29 May 2019
Skype/Phone Interview from KMUTNB : between 3 – 7 June 2019
Announcement successfull participants from KMUTNB : June 15, 2019
