The University of Philippines Diliman (UP Diliman) would like to inform you that the registration for semester exchange application for spring semester 2020 (Intake Jan – May 2020) is already opened. The tuition fee for this program is waived. However, the accepted students are responsible for their learning materials, dormitory and living expenses in Philippines including Roundtrip Flight Ticket, visa fees, facility fee & Insurance.
This program is open for Undergraduate (D4 & S1) Students minimum batch 2018

Each exchange student can enroll a minimum of two (2) courses and a maximum of four (4) courses (five (5) courses shall be allowed given thatoneis aPEclass) inaregular semester. List of available courses in each semester can be accessed at: https://crs.upd.edu.ph/schedule/
Please only refer to 2nd semester (Jan-May)
ITS Students must take and transfer minimum 10 SKS
Here are the required documents that you need to prepare :
1. Application Form
2. Students Information Form
3. Student Exchange Information Sheet
4. An Official Academic Transcript in English version
5. One recommendation letter from an academic advisor
6. Photocopy of the applicant’s passport information page (at least valid until one year)
7. Valid English Proficiency Test Score (original). TOEFL/IELTS/IBT (You can use EFL minimum 477)
7. Learning Agreement (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange ) Please only submit with your department coordinator (Head of Dept) signed only. You don’t need to get signed at Institutional Coordinator and please leave blank for that section.
8. Statement Letter (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange )
9. Heath form and Medical certificate from Hospital (you may submit both of this file after passed internal selection from ITS IO)
The incomplete documents can’t be process by study abroad team
For ITS Students who interested with this program please kindly send all of your documents (softcopy in PDF format) to Mr. Wahyu at studyabroad@its.ac.id with subject : StudentExchange_UPDiliman_Name_NRP maximum on Thursday, 27 September 2019 (16.00 WIB). You must bring your original learning agreement & statement letter at Interview Selection ( around 30 Sept/1 Oct 2019)
