[Tianjin University 2020 CSC Scholarship]

Dear ITS Students,

Tianjin University (TJU) is offering 3 CSC (China Scholarship Council) scholarship to students to pursue Master or PhD degree program at TJU（including 1 master student and 2 PhD students).

Chinese Government Scholarship-Chinese University Program is a full scholarship established by Ministry of Education, P.R.C to support designated Chinese universities to enroll outstanding international students for graduate studies in China. Tianjin University (TJU), as a first class university in China, has been designated to undertake this program for over ten years since 2008.

When and Where to Apply                                                                    

Applicants should complete an Online Application on our website（tju.at0086.cn/student）according to the application schedule. Applicants should fill in the application information online, upload the application documents listed below to the Online Application System.

The application deadline is Mar 15, 2020.

Scholarship Coverage

1. Tuition waiver and accommodation on campus;
2. Monthly Living Allowance:

  3,000 RMB/month for Master students;

  3,500 RMB/month for PhD students;

3. Comprehensive Medical Insurance.

Applicant’s Eligibility

Highest education GPA 3.3 / 4.0 and above (85% and above in percentage system or B-level and above in grade system)

Chinese-taught programs applicants need to submit HSK certificates. A minimum requirement of HSK4 (Score 195 or above) for Engineering/Science; HSK5 (Score 180 or above) for business and liberal arts is needed.

English-taught programs applicants need to submit English proficiency certificate (English native speakers are exempted). TOEFL: no less than 80, IELTS: no less than 6.0.
