Virtual Exchange Program at KMITL Thailand Fall 2021 Intake
Exchange for ITS Students
Dear ITS Students
King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL) Thailand would like to inform you that They will open virtual (online) students exchange for fall semester 2021 (Intake August – December 2021) The tuition fee for this program is waived and you don’t need to come to Thailand physically. However, the status of ITS students will remain as student exchange program in ITS

This program is opened for ITS students with criteria below:
– Diploma/S1 batch 2018 & 2019
– S2 batch 2020
There are two options for ITS Students to join this program:
- full exchange: ITS Students will take about 4-6 courses from KMITL and will transfer minimum 10 SKS. In this option, ITS Students will not take any courses in ITS and pay only 10% from UKT
- partial exchange: ITS Students will take 1-3 courses and must transfer at least 1 courses into ITS System. In this option, ITS Students will paid the UKT with same amount and can take courses in ITS as well.
Due to the uncertain english courses in KMITL, we are strong recommend for ITS Students to take option 2 (partial exchange).
Here are the required documents that you need to prepare :
1. CV (maximum 2 pages)
2. One original applicant’s University Transcript. (English version). The GPA of applicants must higher than 3.0(out of 4.0)
3. Students ID scanned
4. Motivation Letter ( One Page A4 Arial 11, Margin 3,3,3 3).
5. Photocopy of the applicant’s passport information page (If any)
6. Valid English Proficiency Test Score with TOEFL min 477 , IELTS min 6.0, IBT 63. You may use the screenshoot from web UPT Bahasa and TOEFL prediction as long as the score is valid
7. Statement Letter (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange )
8. Learning Agreement, There are two types of learning agreement and you must submit both :
– Learning Agreement KMITL version
in University section later will be filled by ITS Global Engagement
– Learning Agreement ITS version (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange )
Those file must signed by applicants and Head of Dept.
For ITS Students who are interested with this program please kindly send all of your documents (softcopy) to Mr. Wahyu at studyabroad@its.ac.id with subject : VirtualExchange_KMITL_Name_NRP maximum on 7 May 2021 (16.00 WIB). The Interview Selection will be held on 10/11 May 2021
