Student Exchange program in Chang Gung University Intake Fall 2023
Exchange for ITS Students
Chang Gung University, Taiwan opens a virtual student exchange program for Fall Semester 2023 intake (September 18 to January 19, 2024) for ITS students. The tuition fee for this program is waived. However the accepted students are responsible for their learning materials, dorms and living expenses in Taiwan including roundtrip flight ticket, visa, quarantine and insurance. Students also need to pay attention with the entry regulations to enter Taiwan. The students must gather information by their own including the funding trip.
ITS students are allowed to take courses from different departments in this program. Undergraduate students who join this program should not take courses for graduate students.

This program open for ITS Students Diploma/S1 batch 2020, 2021 and also S2 all batch. ITS Students S1 must take and transfer maximum credit opportunity.
Required documents:
- CV (please make sure that you write clearly full name, birth of date, phone number and email in this CV)
- Scanned of ID Students (KTM) / Certificate of Enrollment
- Latest of An Academic Transcript in English version (GPA min 3.0)
- Scanned Passport Information page (if any)
- The latest of English Proficiency Test Score. TOEFL/TEFL/EFL (min 477) or you can use IELTS/IBT
- 1-2 Pages study plan. please make sure you that you write your selection courses in this study plan.
- Statement Letter & Learning Agreement (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange ). Those files must be signed by applicants and the Head/Secretary of Department
- Certificate of GCW Non Degree (minimum C) or Result Test GCW Non Degree min 80 (S2 Applicants can replace it with R2SEP certificate)
We will not process the incomplete application or late submission of the application
For ITS Students who interested to join this program please kindly submit your application through this form https://its.id/studyabroadITS . All of your documents must be in PDF and collected in 1 (one) .zip/.rar file. If you have finished and submitted your Study Abroad Application form, YOU HAVE TO SEND email to studyabroad@its.ac.id confirming that you have filled out the Study Abroad Application Form and submit it. Please use this subject: “Confirmation Study Abroad Application_CGU_NAME_NRP”. The submission deadline extended until 27 February 2023 ( 23.59 WIB). The Interview Session will be held on 28 February 2023.
