Dear ITS Students,

Shibaura Institute of Technology (SIT) Japan are proudly presents their own 1st summer program: Explore Japan and Technology 2023.

Program OutlineThe short intensive program at SIT, Explore Japan & Technology 2023 gives an opportunity to students from various countries to study and experience together in one of the cutting edge cities in the world, Tokyo.  Through participating in the program, you are able to touch and learn some of Japanese well-developed technologies as well as the life in Japan.
Program period : Monday, July 10 – Friday, July 14, 2023
Program Fee :  25,000 JPY per studentThe program fee does NOT include some items such as Air Ticket, Accommodation, daily transportation , travel Insurance or other living/personal expenses and more.
Where is the venue ?The program is offered mainly at Toyosu Campus of SIT, located in the heart of Tokyo, Japan. SIT has 2 campuses, Toyosu campus as the main campus and Omiya campus in Saitama prefecture. Though the program is mainly held at Toyosu campus, you will have an opportunity to visit Omiya campus, the green campus, during the program.AccommodationThe participants are responsible to find his/her accommodation during the program. You may refer to the information >>  Accommodation information for short stayVisaIt is a short term stay (less than 90 days) , so many countries are exempt from visa to enter Japan. For those who need a short time stay visa, SIT provides necessary documents to apply for a visa.

1. CV

2. Scanned passport information page with validity min one year from 14 July 2023

3. Scanned of ID Students/Certificate of enrollement

4. Statement Letter (Please download from this link http://bit.ly/its-short-program )

5. Scanned of Parents letter support (the letter must signed by your parents and the letter must mention about the awareness of your parents about this program. Please also mention that your parents support you for the financial and other things if you are accepted in this program)

6. Scanned of English proficiency (TOEFL/IELTS/IBT/TOEFL Prediction) with minimum score/level who equal with TOEFL score 477

Please submit all of your documents (soft copy in PDF) with subject : Apply_SummerSchool_SIT_Name_NRP to Mr. Wahyu at studyabroad@its.ac.id maximum on  5 May 2023 (09.00 WIB). The interview will be held by online through zoom app on 5 May 2023 around 15.00 – 17.30 WIB
