Student Exchange Program at LPU Batangas Fall 2023

Dear ITS Student,
Lyceum of The Philippines University (LPU) Batangas, Philipines would like to inform you that the registration for semester exchange application for Fall semester (August – December 2023) is open.  The tuition fee for this program is waived. However the accepted students are responsible for their learning materials, dorms and living expenses in Netherland including Roundtrip Flight Ticket, Visa & Travel Insurance. Students are compulsory to check the entry regulation of Philipines

Application and required documents should be submitted and managed through the International Office of home university. Application and submission of requirements is from May 10, 2023- June 30, 2023.

Academic Terms:

• No. of teaching week in a semester: 17 weeks
• 1 credit is equivalent to 1 lecture hour of contact per week.
• Minimum credits to be taken: 6 credits.
• Maximum credits to be taken: 9 credits.
• Example of total number of contact hours in a semester. for each module: 51 hours (3 credits x 1 hour x 17 weeks)

Available courses can be viewed at www.lpubatangas.edu.ph under Academics tab and then you need to check the course in each dept. The students can only choose course from one departement 

This program is only open for ITS Students Diploma & S1 batch 2020, 2021 from any departments.

Here are the required documents that you need to prepare :

1.  CV

2. Motivation letter (One page of A4 using Arial 11 and margin 3,3,3 3)

3. 1 (one) original applicant’s university transcript in English

4. Learning agreement. Learning Agreement ITS version (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange ) The document must be signed by the applicant and the advisor/Head of applicant’s department, you may left it blank in institutional coordinator

5. Valid English proficiency test certificate (original). Applicant may use TOEFL/IELTS/IBT/EFL/TEFL  The minimum score must equal with TOEFL/EFL 550. (You can use EFL minimum 550, score screenshoot from web UPT Bahasa is not acceptable,  test prediction is not acceptable as well )

6. Scan of the applicant’s passport information page (Valid minimum one year)

7. 1 (one) recommendation letter from Head of Department/Dean of Faculty

8. Statement letter (statement letter can be downloaded from this link  http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange  )

9. ITS Students must consult with their parents for the financial aspects and please kindly provide the statement letter from your parents (in Bahasa) that your parents are support you (all financial & mental) to join this program. (No format required)

10. Certificate of GCW Non Degree (minimum C) or Result Test GCW Non Degree min 80 (please kindly note that this documents is required for this program)

Incomplete requirements will not processed by Mobility Team.

All of your documents must be in PDF and collected in 1 (one) .zip/.rar file. If you have finished and submitted your Study Abroad Application form, YOU HAVE TO SEND email to studyabroad@its.ac.id confirming that you have filled out the Study Abroad Application Form and submit it. Please use this subject: “Confirmation Study Abroad Application_ExchangeLPU_NAME_NRP”. The submission deadline extended until 29 May 2023 ( 09.00 WIB). The Interview Session will be held on 30 May 2023 (15.30).
