GLOBAL INTERNATIONALIZATION TRAINING & WORKSHOP 2025

Preface

Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) through Global Engagement Office will conduct Global Internationalization Training and Workshop for International Office Staffs worldwide. This program will offer some hands-on training and workshop in internationalization for higher education institutions including strategies and programs to enhance global reputation, mobility management (for students, lecturers, and non-academic staffs), managing international partnership, the use of information technology in managing international office, internationalization at home, and managing student volunteers.

This training is designed for international office staffs who are in their early or mid-career to develop competencies. Through worksheets, observation, discussion, and workshops, each participant will be able to develop strategies or program that can be directly implemented.

Timeline & Agenda

This program will be held on 21-23 January 2025 at our Campus will following detail agenda

Day 1: Tuesday, 21 January 2025  (08.30 – 16.30 WIB)

Day 2: Wednesday, 22 January 2025 (08.30 – 20.00 WIB)

Eligibility & Fees

This program are open any staff/faculty staff/lecturers of universities from all over the world who have interest about managing international office.

 

The program fee is USD 500 per person (USD 400 for ITS’ partners). The fee will cover program kit, courses, meals, site visit, and certificate. You need to cover return flight ticket, accommodation, and local transportation from your hotel to ITS.

Application Procedure

If you are interested with this program, please kindly send your application with the following documents:

  • Application form (please download at this link –> Global PKUI 2025 Form
  • Scanned of staff/faculty staff/lecturers ID or any letter to show that you are staff or lecturers from your university (you may attach inside your form)

Please kindly send your application to Mr. Wahyu at staffmobility@its.ac.id and cc to internationaloffice.its@gmail.com maximum on 20 December 2024 (23.59 WIB, GMT +7). ITS will provide payment invoice and invitation letter after we received your application

 

Visa Information:

The visa regulation to enter Indonesia has been changed per April 2023 with detail below:

  • People from ASEAN countries can enter Indonesia with free visa. They can get it once they arrive in any Indonesian international airport
  • People from 88 countries listed here can enter Indonesia with Visa on Arrival (VoA):  https://www.imigrasi.go.id/en/visa-kunjungan-saat-kedatangan/   The fees of VoA is IDR 500.000,- and you must pay in IDR currency.
  • People from countries that are not listed above, must apply online visa at  https://molina.imigrasi.go.id/  at least 1 month before the arrival date. The fees for this  program around IDR 1.500.000 – 2.000.0000,-
