We’re now organizing the 6th International Agro-Industry Short Course Program 2024 (AISC 2024) at MFU, Chiang Rai, Thailand.
Program period: Sunday 21st (arrival) – Saturday 3rd August 2024 (departure), (12 days for activities).
This year, we will have a 2-day online which will occur before and after the onsite program. (Please see the attached file for the final program #4).
We would like to invite all students to join this program. Please scan the QR codes attached in the application form for activities of our previous AISC programs organized in 2016 until 2019, while our recent AISC 2023 video clips can be seen on our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/AIshortcourseMFU/
The program includes several workshops with “organic farm, herbal products for relief and therapy, traditional Thai massage and utilization of the local crops from Chiang Rai, for example, pineapple, tea, cocoa, and coffee”. Farm, plantation, and a few factory visits are a part of this program.
All applicants will participate in these activities with our Thai and international MFU students. Please note that this program suits students in all fields of study.
Our staff from the School of Agro-Industry, MFU run the program. Our guest speakers include experts from private companies and business owners.

Please note that the fee for this program is 35,000 Thai Baht (approx. 948 USD) and for a group of 5 people, 2,000 THB discount is offered per participant. Please note that this fee does not include an airplane ticket from the student’s country to Thailand. Still, this fee includes accommodation, meals (breakfast and lunch), drinks, all materials for the workshop, a T-shirt, and other fees when visiting other places outside the university during this program.
