National Chung Cheng University (CCU) Taiwan – College of Engineering International Internship Program 2025
Internship for ITS Students
CCU Taiwan is now accepting Phase 2 applications for the College of Engineering International Internship Program 2025. This program offers students an opportunity to gain hands-on research experience using advanced technology while enhancing their problem-solving and communication skills. Participants will collaborate with faculty and fellow interns, engage in cultural exchange, and expand their international network in an immersive learning environment.
Program Overview
- Internship Duration: Minimum 9 weeks (within June 1 – December 31, 2025)
- Location: CCU College of Engineering Laboratories
- Eligibility:
- University junior (3rd-year) students or above
- Graduate students (master’s & PhD)

Fees & Scholarship

The program fee and registration fee will be provided by the CoE.

Research topics are offered in two types: (A) Scholarship and (B) Self-funded.

For type-A, CCU offers a scholarship of around NT$ 12,000 per month, covering on-campus accommodation, living expenses, and partial airfare. It is the standard amount, and the total amount may be amended by the project mentor based on the program budget and the interns’ performance.

For type-B, intern students will be fully responsible for their own expenses during the internship period.

- CV
- Scanned official academic transcript (GPA ≥ 3.0)
- 1–3 page research plan (mention up to 3 research topics, but focusing on one is encouraged)
- Scanned passport information page (valid at least until December 2025)
- Valid English proficiency test certificate:
- TOEFL (≥ 477) / IELTS (≥ 6.0) / IBT
- Note: EFL from Dirpendik is not accepted
- One recommendation letter from an academic advisor
- Certificate of Enrollment
- Statement Letter (Download: bit.ly/its-student-exchange)
- Headshot photo (JPG, ≥ 300 KB, 826 × 1062 pixels)
- Scanned Parent’s Support Letter (must be signed by parents, mentioning financial and general support for participation in this program)
- GCW Certificate with minimum score: C
Incomplete applications will not be processed.

- Upload all required documents in one PDF file, compressed into .zip/.rar format.
- After submitting the form, send a confirmation email to studyabroad@its.ac.id with the subject:
