Program Details:
Tuition Fee: Waived
Costs Covered by Student: Round-trip airfare, visa, insurance, accommodation, living expenses, and learning materials
Student Eligibility: Open only to ITS Undergraduate (S1) students from batch 2022 and 2023
Note: Students are expected to arrange their own funding and stay up to date with entry regulations to the UK.

Study Period: Semester 1
Teaching Period: 15 September – 5 December 2025
Examination Period: 6 – 13 December 2025
Academic Information
Students must select Semester 1 undergraduate courses only.
Courses must be from the Faculty of Business & Law or the Faculty of Engineering, Environment & Computing.
Mixing courses from different faculties is not allowed.
Students must take a minimum of 25 ECTS and a maximum of 30 ECTS, and must transfer the maximum number of credits possible.

Some modules may have prerequisites, which will be stated clearly on the course pages.
Grading and Credit System
Grading is based on a percentage scale (0–100%).
Credit conversion: 1 ECTS = 2 CAT Credits (Coventry’s system)
Attendance and Compliance
Student attendance is monitored.
Students on a Student Visa route will be monitored by the International Student Compliance Team in accordance with UKVI regulations.
The study period cannot be extended to a full academic year after application submission.
Students must complete a Right to Study check upon arrival before enrollment. Guidance will be provided by the ISC Team.
Visa Requirements
There are two visa options based on the study duration:
Standard Visitor Visa
Valid for stays up to 6 months
Not extendable or convertible within the UK
Required in advance for some nationalities
Student Visa
Applicable for stays over 6 months
Since this program is for one semester only, students will likely need a Standard Visitor Visa, unless they have Settled/Pre-Settled Status, in which case no visa is required. Visa requirements may differ by nationality. Students from the EEA and Switzerland must comply with post-Brexit immigration rules.

Accommodation
Students may apply for university housing after receiving their offer letter and student ID number.

TEFL UPT Bahasa (min. 500)
One academic recommendation letter
Scanned valid passport (minimum 1-year validity)

GCW Non-Degree Certificate (minimum grade C) or GCW test result (minimum score 80)
Parental Support Letter (in Bahasa, stating financial and mental support—no specific format)
