Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards is the Government of the Republic of Indonesia scholarship scheme to fund Indonesian students for mobility program at top universities overseas. Undergraduate students can spend one semester at the overseas partner university to study, to experience the host country’s culture and undertake practical assignments to enhance their skills.

The scheme is centrally managed by Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology (DGHERT), Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (MoECRT) and is open for undergraduate students from all Indonesian Higher Education Institutions under DGHERT.

• PCR, Quarantine, and Health Insurance (covering COVID) – at cost
• Settlement and Living Allowance – lump sum
• Economy Airfare and Visa – at cost
• Emergency Fund – at cost

In recent years, ITS has been working to expand the reach and impact of the IISMA program. This has included improving the training provided to awardees and increasing the number of scholarships available. As a result, the number of IISMA awardees has grown rapidly, with 14 awardees in 2021, 33 in 2022 (including 14 from the faculty of vocational), and a staggering 90 in 2023.

The program has also expanded its partnerships with universities around the world, including Arizona State University, University of California, Davis, Maastricht University, University of British Columbia, University of Liverpool, Hanyang University (Seoul Campus), University of Twente, and Universiti Malaya. Through these partnerships, IISMA awardees have the opportunity to study a wide range of disciplines and gain valuable international experience that can help them succeed in their future careers.

1. Mahasiswa Aktif terdaftar di PDDIKTI
2. WNI (tanpa kewarganegaraan ganda)
3. Angkatan 2021 atau 2022
4. Maksimal berusia 24 tahun pada 1 Juli 2024
5. Tidak pernah mengambil cuti selama kuliah
6. IPK minimum 3.0
7. Memiliki nilai sertifikasi bahasa Inggris (yang masih berlaku; hasil tes maksimal diterbitkan pada 15 Agustus 2022) yang cukup yaitu minimal IELTS – 6.0, TOEFL iBT – 78, Duolingo English Test – 100; jika sampai dengan deadline nominasi departemen (5 Januari 2024) belum memiliki sertifikat bahasa Inggris dimaksud, maka diwajibkan untuk sanggup mendapatkan sertifikat bahasa Inggris sesuai kriteria sampai dengan 22 Januari 2024 (dibuktikan dengan surat pernyataan kesanggupan, dilampirkan bukti tes/daftar tes)
8. Tidak menerima biaya hidup/tunjangan hidup dari Kemendikbudristek dan Lembaga Pengelola Dana Pendidikan (LPDP) selama mengikuti program IISMA.
9. Tidak mengikuti program Kampus Merdeka lainnya selama mengikuti program IISMA
10. Belum pernah mengikuti lebih dari 1 program Kampus Merdeka sebelum mendaftar program IISMA
11. Bersedia untuk menaati seluruh aturan dan mengikuti seluruh kegiatan yang ditetapkan oleh program IISMA.
12. Telah menyelesaikan mata kuliah tahap persiapan
13. Memiliki paspor aktif minimal 1 tahun per Juli 2024 – Atau sanggup mendapatkan paspor maksimal 31 Maret 2024 (dibuktikan dengan surat pernyataan kesanggupan, melampirkan bukti pendaftaran paspor)
14. Jumlah maksimal SKS yang telah dikonversi dari kegiatan MBKM lainnya tidak lebih dari 20 SKS

1. Memenuhi persyaratan nasional sesuai dengan https://site.iisma.id/eligibility-required-documents/ 
2. Dinominasikan oleh Departemen
3. Memiliki sertifikat GCW Non Degree/ GCW IUP Basic/ GCW IUP Advanced/ Test GCW/ GCA
4. Apabila tidak memiliki persyaratan pada nomor 3, maka wajib mengikuti Test GCW yang akan diselenggarakan khusus. Jika tidak mengikuti/tidak lolos passing grade (80) Test GCW khusus tersebut, maka tidak akan mendapatkan nominasi dari ITS. Waktu pelaksanaan tes akan diinformasikan kemudian
