Hello Students,

Are you ready to expand your horizons? Experience a life-changing and meaningful traveling?

At ITS Global Engagement, we believe that international exposure is a crucial aspect of education. To offer this valuable experience to students, we are excited to announce the Communal Study Excursion 2025!

This is an opportunity for students from all departments of all batches (Undergraduate, Post-Graduate) to explore more about universities, culture, and technology around THE GLOBE!

The countries of destination:

  1. Singapore
  2. Japan
  3. Australia
  4. Thailand

Here are the requirements that you need to prepare to join this program:

  1. Scanned of passport information page (with minimum validity 1 year per October 2025)
  2. Statement Letter (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange , you don’t need to change anything, except replace signature of your Head of Dept with your parents signature.)
  3. Certificate of English Proficiency Test (if any-not required)
  4. Committed to pay the registration fee and actively participate in all program activities from the beginning to the end.

    *Note: on-site visits do not satisfy the minimum credit-hour requirements for obtaining 2 credits. Therefore, students who are interested to earn credits must actively engage in various programs organized by ITS GE to fulfill the required credit-hour for achieving 2 credits. The credit can be claimed through these courses: “Kompetensi dan Wawasan Global” (2 credits).

Credit Earnings

Students seeking to earn credits must actively participate in a minimum of 12 hours of international seminars featuring international speakers. These seminars can be organized by ITS GE, Departments or other unit in ITS. Students can enroll in one of the following courses: Kompetensi dan Wawasan Global | UG234943. 

Students who attend more than 12 hours will receive a Stamp-4-It, which can be used to claim funding support for future programs. Proof of attendance and a copy of the seminar poster are required for credit claims or funding applications

Registration Instructions:

  1. Fill in the registration form at its.id/RegSE2025 and upload all the necessary documents.
  2. Submit the completed form.
  3. You will receive further instructions via email.

Payment Information: Payments should be made by bank transfer.

Scholarship Available

Only for selected students, we are also offering a scholarship* to support your participation in this program! Those who are willing to get the scholarship, they have to collect certain number of Stamp-4-It. Please read the regulation on this link its.id/m/Stamp4It2023

(Students who are selected for the scholarship are required to submit a travel book in order to initiate the claims process. The scholarship funds will be disbursed using a reimbursement system upon submission and verification of the travel book.)
