Virtual CommTECH Nusantara 2025: Exploring Indonesia Local Languages & Traditional Songs is a short program aimed to introduce various Indonesian cultures to participants from all over the world through amazing local languages & traditional songs from across Indonesian archipelago
The program is also enriched with art & cultural activities such as traditional music, dance, foods and many more. At the end of the program, participants will present their creative ideas in Virtual Project Exhibition. The projects will also be posted through CommTECH’s Instagram account as well as the Facebook account of ITS Global Engagement.
Virtual CommTECH Nusantara 2025 will be conducted every 14.00 – 17.00 WIB GMT +7 from Monday, 7 July 2025 until Friday 18 July 2025
This program consists of 10 (ten) meetings with detail as follow:
Week 1 (7-11 July 2025)
(1) Monday, 7 July 2025 – Opening Ceremony & Virtual Campus Tour
(2) Tuesday, 8 July 2025 – Fun Bahasa Indonesia, Virtual Surabaya City Tour,
(3) Wednesday, 9 July 2025 – Central Java & Yogyakarta Session, Java Language Class
(4) Thursday, 10 July 2025 – West Java & Jakarta, Kalimantan
(5) Friday, 11 July 2025 – Sumatera & Bali Session
Week 2 (14-18 July 2025)
(1) Monday, 14 July 2025 : Sulawesi, Maluku & Papua
(2) Tuesday, 15 July 2025: Nusa Tenggara, Poco Poco Dance, Project Announcement
(3) Wednesday, 16 July 2025 : Project
(4) Thursday, 17 July 2025 : Virtual Presentation / Project Exhibition
(5) Friday, 18 July 2025 : Closing Ceremony
Non-Indonesian active bachelor, master & doctoral students from any background, non academic staff, lecturers & professors are eligible for joining the program. International students who are currently studying in Indonesia are not eligible for this program
All the participants can get certificate of participation after completion of the program. The winner of project awarding also will got additional certificate and gift from ITS.
