Dr. Eko focuses his research on Polymeric Based Composites and their applications for separation, adsorption, and fuel cell membranes. Dr. Eko actively published papers in reputable journals such as Materials Today Chemistry, Microporous and Mesoporous Materials, Journal of Water Process Engineering, etc. His review paper, discussing the recent advances in carbon-based adsorbent for methylene blue removal from wastewater has been cited up to 183 times, which shows his contribution in this field.
