The 133rd AUN Quality Assessment at Programme Level Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember – January 30 – February 1, 2019
ASEAN University Network (AUN) recognises the importance of quality in higher education, and the need to develop a holistic quality assurance system to raise academic standards and enhance education, research and service among its member universities. In 1998, it mooted the AUN-QA Network which led to the development of AUN-QA models. Since then, the network has been promoting, developing, and implementing quality assurance practices based on an empirical approach where quality assurance practices are tested, evaluated, improved and shared.

Adherence to these fundamental principles is a prerequisite for providing a reliable and relevant assessment process and outcome.
About AUN-QA Assessors AUN-QA has established a pool of CQOs and professionals who serve as panel of AUN assessors in actual quality assessment. From time to time, the AUN-QA Secretariat will invite or request AUN-QA members and associate members to nominate CQOs and staff to be considered for appointment to the panel of AUN assessors. Suitably qualified candidates are requested to submit curriculum vitae and the names of two referees. In selecting the assessor, consideration should be given to the assessor’s competence and personal attributes in addition to education and work experience.
