The Mathematics Department provides a variety of information that students and prospective students need in the academic field. Explore various information to plan academic activities here.

Academic regulations are prepared as a guide for students while studying at ITS. Academic regulations contain education programs, new student admissions, matriculation, curriculum, evaluation of learning, academic activities, non-academic activities, study leave, academic cooperation, foreign students and rules and manners in ITS.

Practical work is one of the compulsory activities for ITS Mathematics undergraduate program students. The practical work has  2 credits, which is equivalent to the work in the industry for 1 (one) month.

Students who take the Final Project must take the Finial Project Proposal Seminar first, if they are declared eligible to continue then the student can do the Final Project.

Final Project is a course which has 6 credits that must be taken by every ITS Mathematics student as a condition to complete a Bachelor’s degree and get a Bachelor of Mathematics Science degree. The Final Project  goal is the students are able to explain, analyze and apply all educational experiences based on basic courses and choices in the areas of expertise they are interested in.

Students who take the Thesis must take the Thesis Proposal Seminar first, if they are declared eligible to continue then students can work on the Thesis.

The thesis is a 6 credits course that must be taken by every ITS Mathematics student as a condition to complete Master’s degree and get  a Master of Science in Mathematics.
