Job Summary: The IT Service Desk Intern will be responsible for assisting IT Analysts in providing first and second level administrative and technical support for the resolution or escalation of laptop and desktop hardware/software related problems and problems related to IP Telephony, Connectivity, Security, Servers, and Real time operations.
Reporting Line: Reports to associated Service Desk Analyst / Team Leader
