Presenter Guideline

Oral Presentation

  • To join a parallel session, the link has been available here
  • Please rename yourself in the zoom with format: Name<underscore>paper_ID, e.g. Nabila_025
  • Each presenter will have about 10 minutes for presentation including Q&A. Keep your presentation about 8 minutes so that there is a brief time for Q&A.
  • Please prepare your talk such that you will end on time. Also, please attend this session on time. Session chairs will be advised to keep a strict timing. Presenters will be interrupted and stopped by the session chair if they do not keep to their allotted time.
  • Please report to the designated session chair before the session begin.
  • We encourage presenters to set the camera on, so that it would be easier for PIC and others to recognize you. Virtual background for presenter can be downloaded here.
  • There will be a host in each room that will help the session running. Please ensure that you check your email near the presentation schedule just in case we need to communicate with you.
  • Please note that the schedule follows the Jakarta Time (GMT+7)

 

Hardware and Software

  • Make sure the connection of your internet is stable. It is recommended to have a backup connection (e.g. from LAN and Phone Tethering) as prevention if one of them does not work.
  • The software that will be used is Zoom. Please update your zoom into the latest version
  • Presentation Size: The best use of the given presentation space (screen) can be achieved by presenting in 16:9 ratio.
