The Department of Business Management’s Correspondence Administration Service can be accessed through the following links:

Letter Submission Process:
1. Prepare a draft of the letter to be submitted according to the letter template from the Department
2. Open the letter submission google form and fill in the data according to the needs
3. After submitting the google form, please contact the admin for confirmation
4. After confirming to the admin, the letter will be processed immediately.
Note: the letter approval process takes 3 working days, excluding holidays and red dates
Department Facilities and Infrastructure Borrowing Process:
1. Download the complete draft letter according to the template for the letter of borrowing facilities and infrastructure from the Department
2. Print out the letter of borrowing and submit it to the Head of the Administration Sub-section to be signed (must use a folder)
3. After the letter of borrowing is signed by the Head of Sub-section, open the google form for borrowing facilities and infrastructure, then fill in all the data and confirm to the Head of Study Program (S1: Mr. Dika; S2: Mrs. Lissa)
4. After submitting the google form, please contact the admin for confirmation
5. After confirming to the admin, the class reservation will be entered into the reservation list
Note: it is still mandatory to confirm to the facilities and infrastructure section (Mr. Bagus) if the reservation has been made
