MANIFEST 2024 : Through Ideas to Impacts

Business Management Festival (MANIFEST) 2024, organised by the Business Management Student Association of the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS), was successfully held on November 22–24, 2024, at the Galaxy Mall 2 Exhibition Centre, Surabaya. This annual event is a national-level business plan competition aimed at high school students and equivalents throughout Indonesia.
Carrying the theme “Through Ideas to Impacts,” MANIFEST 2024 aims to be a forum for the younger generation to create innovative ideas that have a positive impact on society. The series of events includes a business plan competition, MSME exhibition, bazaar, and music concert. This competition has succeeded in attracting more than 1,350 participants from various regions in Indonesia, showing the high enthusiasm of students in the field of entrepreneurship.
One of the important moments in this event is the pitching session, where participants present their innovative business ideas in front of investors and judges. In addition, MANIFEST 2024 also presents an inspiring talk show featuring prominent figures in the fields of business and government. Deputy Governor of East Java, Emil Elestianto Dardak, in a session titled “Young Generation: Change the World with Real Action,” encouraged the young generation to become producers of innovation and combine technical expertise with entrepreneurial skills.
The event was also enlivened by performances by musician Paul Partohap, as well as DJ Fendi and DJ Cunlay, which added to the lively atmosphere. MANIFEST 2024 is not only a competition event but also a platform for participants to expand their networks, gain new insights, and develop business ideas that have the potential to have a real impact on society.
With the end of MANIFEST 2024, it is hoped that the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship among the young generation of Indonesia will increase and be able to create creative solutions that are beneficial for economic and social development in the future.
