The field of Industrial Management will equip students with the capability to:

  1. Identify and analyze operations and strategic problems in the company
  2. Choose and integrate various methods to address those problems
  3. Make decisions at various managerial levels based on the analysis
  4. Have entrepreneurial spirits to initiate a new business or to maintain the existing ones
