The 11th online public lecture was successfully held on Wednesday (5/20). This time the Public Course carries the theme “Supply Chain Management” delivered by Prof. Ir. I Nyoman Pujawan, M.Eng., Ph.D., CSCP who is an ITS professor in the field.
In this course, delivered the supply chain complex structure with 7 principles namely; (1) Understand supply chain structure in the business being run, (2) Coordination and collaboration, (3) Harmonious objectives, (4) Information Visibility, (5) Reducing complexity without reducing value, (6) Decoupling design leads to balance, speed and efficiency, and (7) Differentiating service levels.
