We are cordially invited all researchers, academicians, students, practitioners, and observers to join our International Conference on Management of Technology, Innovation, and Project (MOTIP) 2020 to submit and disseminate the research paper, best practices, and ideas related to the theme and topic of interest.
MOTIP 2020 is a conference hosted by Department of Technology Management, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember. The main theme is “Fostering innovation projects for business growth”. MOTIP 2020 will be held in Surabaya, July 25th, 2020.
The MOTIP 2020 will continue to be held as scheduled, 25 July 2020. However the committee will still monitor the current conditions related to the novel of coronavirus including travel restrictions that are currently imposed in many countries including Indonesia to control the spread of the virus.
The committee will continue to monitor the progress of the situation and will inform participants should this affect the events in any way. The safety and well-being of all conference participants is our priority.
As an alternative, the conference will be held virtually by video conference where available to participants who may be affected by travel restrictions at the time of the conference.

MOTIP 2020 proudly present the Keynote Speakers who expert in their field.
Daniel Prajogo is a Professor in the Department of Management. He earned Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology, Indonesia, and Master’s degree in Quality Management from RMIT University, Australia, where he won Best Graduate Award. He completed his PhD degree in Business Management from Monash University in 2003. His areas of research interest are mainly focused on quality, operations, supply chain, and innovation management, and he has over 100 publications, including journal articles, conference papers, edited research books, book chapters, and industry reports. His research papers have been published in leading journals, including International Journal of Operations and Production Management, International Journal of Production Research, International Journal of Production Economics, Journal of Supply Chain Management, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Omega, European Journal of Operational Research, Technovation, RandD Management, Journal of Small Business Management. His research publications have received over 10,000 citations (Google Scholars). He was listed as one of the top 25 SCM scholars in Asia by one research paper published in International Journal of Production Economics (July 2018).
In his research, he has built collaborations with a number of international academics as well as industry associations in Australia which have funded the research projects, including Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand (JAS-ANZ) and Institute for Safety, Compensation, and Recovery Research (ISCRR).
Prof. Arpan Kar is Associate Professor in the Information Systems area at DMS, IIT Delhi, India. His research interests are in the domain of data science and AI/ML applications, digital transformation, internet ecosystems, social media, blockchain and ICT-based public policy. He has authored over 120 articles in Elsevier, IEEE, Springer, ACM, Taylor & Francis, and Emerald and edited/authored 6 research books. His research has been cited over 1600 times. He is on the Editorial Board / Associate / Coordinating / Editor of reputed journals like International Journal of Information Management, Advances in Theory and Practice of Emerging Markets, International Journal of Electronic Government Research, Journal of Operations and Strategic Planning, Information Systems Frontiers, and Global Journal of Flexible Systems Management. Previously, he has worked for IIM Rohtak, IBM Research, and Cognizant Consulting. He has also generated over 15 Crores rupees through research, advocacy and training projects from national and international MNCs and governments. Over the years, he has received numerous awards and recognitions for his contributions in research from several organizations including the Association of Indian Management Schools, International Federation for Information Processing, Elsevier, Tata Consultancy Services, Project Management Institute, IIT Delhi, Birla Institute of Management & Technology and IIM Rohtak.

Note that an abstract should contain between 200 – 300 words, outlining the background, methodology, and the results of your research. Include up to six keywords and topic area in your submission.
All manuscripts must be original and should have not been previously accepted in another conference or be under review at another conference. They must be original and unpublished. Manuscripts must be prepared using Microsoft Word. Please refer to the Author Guidelines for preparing the manuscript.
All manuscripts must be written in English. The normal length of a paper for proceedings is 6-10 pages including tables, charts and references.
The main body of the paper should be numbered in consecutive order a: I. INTRODUCTION II. METHOD III.RESULTS AND DISCUSSION IV. CONCLUSION ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS REFERENCES
All manuscripts will be blind reviewed by the members of the conference committee to ensure that an adequate standard is maintained.
The registration fee is flat: IDR 1,250,000.00 per paper/per presenter/per participant.
