Probolinggo – ITS. The achievement of the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) service score for the Probolinggo City Regional People’s Representative Council (Sekwan) Secretariat in 2024 is good. The accumulated value of 3 (three) Sekwan Sections is 85.07. The highest SME score comes from the Planning and Finance Department. This was conveyed by the head of the community satisfaction survey team, Dr. Sutikno, M.Sc. from the Center for Regional Potential Studies and Community Empowerment (PDPM) Directorate of Research and Community Service (DRPM) Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) Surabaya. The Probolinggi City Secretary’s IKM presentation was held on Friday 27 December 2024 in Probolinggo City. This activity was attended by Suwardi, S.Sos. Head of Division. Planning and Finance, Chairul Anam, SE., M.Sc. Head of Division. Legislation, Meetings and Minutes, Milasari, S.Sos., M.Sc. Young Expert Planner, Arief Nur S., S.Kom., M.Sc. Young Expert Policy Analyst, Abd. Latif Tirtana Probolinggo City Rent Planning, Evaluation and Reporting Analyst, IKM surveyor and team from PDPM ITS.
IKM’s achievements in all service sectors including the good category must be maintained. Services that are not yet optimal can be improved by creating appropriate activity programs. Every service section at the Probolinggo City DPRD Secretariat needs to pay attention to input from every service user to improve service quality. The General Department needs to improve facilities and infrastructure, implementing competence and handling complaints, suggestions and input. The Planning and Finance Department needs to improve the competence of implementers and the time to complete the work. The Legislation, Meetings and Minutes Department needs to improve service systems, mechanisms and procedures. Probolinggo City DPRD Secretary can create a program to align/synchronize the Sekwan’s services with council members. This is to accompany Sekwan members in carrying out the functions and duties of council members. So that council members also know the rights and obligations that can be granted by the Probolinggo City DPRD Secretary.
The Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) Assessment Activity of the Probolinggo City Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRD) Secretariat is in line with the community service road map of the Center for Regional Potential Studies and Community Empowerment (PDPM) Directorate of Research and Community Service (DRPM) Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya, namely regional government governance. This activity is also in accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s), namely goal number (5) gender equality, goal number (8) decent work and economic growth and goal number (17) partnerships in achieving the goals.
