Mother’s Day 2022
The year 2022 is the 94th Mother’s Day Commemoration since 1928. This is based on the history of Mother’s Day which marked the important event of the First Indonesian Women’s Congress on 22-25 December 1928 in Yogyakarta which is considered a rare milestone in the rise of Indonesian women. Until now, every December 22 is celebrated as Mother’s Day in Indonesia. According to the Kemenpppa website, the theme of the 94th Mother’s Day Commemoration in 2022 is “EMPOWERED INDONESIAN WOMEN”.
