A total of 33 participants of the CommTECH (Community & Technological) Camp Insight 2024 Sub Course A&B Short Term Program consisting of lecturers, staff and students from various countries including China, Taiwan, Malaysia, South Korea, Thailand, the Philippines and Vietnam, came to visit to the ITS library on Monday (25/01/24). They were accompanied by volunteers from the Directorate of Global Partnerships (DKG).

This time DKG is holding an international short-term program which will take place on January 25 – February 5 2022. The purpose of visiting the library is to find out the important parts of the library in supporting the academic process at ITS. Accompanied by Wahyu Islami as the person in charge of the program from DKG, the participants were welcomed in the Lobby on the 1st floor of the ITS library by a tour guide from the library.

The library tour event lasted approximately one hour, from the 1st floor to the 5th floor. The participants were divided into two groups, each group was accompanied by library staff as a tour guide. Group 1 was accompanied by Zamrud Mufida and Eko BR., while group 2 was accompanied by Yeni Gonti and Davi Wahyuni.

Tour participants really enjoyed the moment of visiting the ITS library, the enthusiasm of the participants could be seen from their cheerful faces and deep curiosity about library services. They asked a lot of questions, even when they were directed to the mini theater room on the 4th floor, they wanted to have a film watching session as relaxation, but because of limited time and very busy event schedules, their wishes were only limited to wishes, but basically they very impressed.

One hour later the tour ends with a group photo session, and then the participants will proceed to the next activity that has been programmed with CommTECH) Camp insight 2024. (yag)
