Ilman has been an educator in urban planning since 2022, dedicating their career to both teaching and research. He pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture at Brawijaya University, followed by a Master’s degree in Urban Design at Politecnico di Milano, where he specialized in Urban Design, Digital Transformation and Smart City. In addition to his academic pursuits, Ilman is actively involved in professional organizations namely Biogas Power Plant Installation Certification (PLTBg), where he has held roles as an expert. Through these engagements, he continues to influence the field of urban planning, mentoring the next generation of planners and shaping the future of urban development.
