Home production in the area is still not able to increase the production of lontong with an efficient process, or create new innovations for its production equipment. Therefore, the KKN program was carried out to test the pressure cooker for making lontong which minimizes the time of manufacture and increases the amount of production. The pressure cooker replaces the conventionally used tool, namely the ordinary large pan that is usually used by lontong producers. The program implemented is the Testing of Pressurized Lontong Boiler Aids.
