- KTP
- Color photos (4×6)
- SK CPNS
- SK PNS
- SK as a Non Civil Servant Lecturer or Non Civil Servant Lecturer Candidate (especially for non civil servant lecturers or non civil servant lecturer candidates)
- A Certificate of Physical and Spiritual Health from a hospital with a status as low as type C
- Narcotics Free Certificate from the hospital
- Certificate of Teaching Schedule
- Statement Letter from the Dean that the data for submitting the NIDN submitted is correct
- Certificate from the dean stating that he is actively carrying out the tridharma
- S1 certificate until the last education
- Transcript of S1 diploma until the last education
- SK Equalization of Diplomas for overseas graduates
- Name of biological mother
NIDK submission requirements for non-permanent lecturers:
- KTP
- Color photos (4×6)
- A non-permanent lecturer agreement that is still valid
- Decree of appointment as non-permanent lecturer
- A certificate from the dean stating that you are active in carrying out the tridharma
- Narcotics free certificate from the hospital
- A Certificate of Physical and Spiritual Health from a hospital with a status as low as type C
- Statement Letter from the Dean that the data for submitting the NIDN submitted is correct
- A teaching certificate of at least 4 credits in 1 semester per year
- Minimum S2 diploma until the last education
- Transcript Minimum S2 until the last education
- SK Equalization for overseas graduates
- Letter of permission from the head of the parent agency for lecturers from outside the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education
- Name of biological mother
- For lecturers who are foreign nationals, they must be accompanied by the following additional documents:
- Work permit in Indonesia from the government
- Certificate of the lowest academic position associate professor from the competent authority in the country of origin
- Evidence of three international publications in reputable international scientific journals
Each file submitted must be in the form of a soft file (PDF format with a maximum size of 500 kb) from the transfer of the original document or photocopy of the document that has been legalized.
