“Silaturahmi between the lecturers of the FTK and the introduction of the new FTK management for the 2025-2029 period.”

On Friday, January 17, 2025, FTK held a Silaturahmi (gathering) meeting for all lecturers at FTK. This meeting aimed to introduce the new leadership team for the 2025-2029 period, who were recently appointed by the ITS Rector on January 2, 2025, at the ITS Graha building, to all lecturers from the departments within FTK.

The meeting was met with great enthusiasm, as many lecturers attended the event. It was held at 14:00 in the BG Munaf room, and the event was opened by the Dean of FTK, Dr. Ing. Ir. Setyo Nugroho, who expressed his gratitude to all the lecturers who took the time to attend. In addition to introducing the new leadership team for the 2025-2029 period, including the Dean, Vice Dean, and Heads of Departments, the Dean also shared the strategic programs to be implemented over the next five years.

After the Dean’s speech, the next session was presented by Prof. Ir. Raden Sjarief Widjaja, Ph.D., FRINA from the Department of Naval Architecture. Prof. Sjarief encouraged all FTK lecturers to maintain silaturahmi and cooperation to help FTK stay strong and continue to grow globally. The session was followed by the introduction of all Department Heads and Department Secretaries within the Faculty of Marine Technology to the attending lecturers, followed by a friendly gathering and lunch together.
